Our mission is to help combat linguistic isolation, which is proven to be one of the key barriers to the successful integration of migrants. The Moving Languages app constitutes an EU-funded project that is designed to help new migrants learn the host language and familiarise themselves with culture-specific vocabulary. A user-friendly, versatile and comprehensive app, it also aims to encourage people around the world to learn other languages and promote understanding between cultures.

In our mobile phone app you can study the Swedish language in several modes with audio and visual support. In each mode, we offer a variety of topics that you will be able to use in everyday life. so you can choose the vocabulary, dialogues, phrases, grammar exercises or texts about the Swedish culture to focus on.

The app contains:

  • 5000 study items in about 100 categories with 4000 images that can be practiced in 8 different ways
  • 750 phrases
  • More than 30 dialogues

The app has 6 support languages: English, Russian, Finnish, French, Portuguese and Arabic.

The language level of the app is A1-B1
